Carpendale qualifies for the US Senior Amateur at Spanish Trail C.C.

Gary Carpendale birdied the final 4 holes to shoot 70 at Spanish Trail Country Club to earn a spot in the 2015 US Senior Amateur Championship next month.

Carpendale, who made it to match play in the 2014 US Senior Amateur, is excited about making for the second year in a row. The 2015 championship is being held at Hidden Creek Golf Club in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

Brady Exber, who tied with Doug Pool and John Hahn at 71, will be the 1st Alternate. 2nd Alternate went to Pool.
