Kuang and Thomas Shines at LV NationalT
The US Amateur Qualifier wrapped up at Las Vegas National this afternoon. 65 golfers representing many states and countries took aim at clinching 2 invitations to Oakland Hills Country Club, August 15-21.
After Round 1, Las Vegas local and UNLV golfer Ben Davis was tied with Van Thomas, another local, for the tournament lead. Lurking just 1 shot back was Southern California Junior Golfer Edwin Kuang.
