Nevada State Golf Association Women’s Quad Means Playing for Each Other
Team golf events take on more meaning than playing as an individual, which is mostly what golf entails. The Nevada State Women’s Golf Association Quad event is scheduled for May 13-14 at Siena Golf Club and teams from Southern Nevada will be ready.

“The toughest part of this event is you never want to let your teammates down,” Ronda Henderson said. “If two players are in trouble, it puts a little pressure on the other two players to step up and we did a good job of that.”
Henderson was part of the team that won the scratch division in 2023, which was played at Toiyabe Golf Club in Washoe Valley, Nevada. Her teammates were Sherry Jackson, Brenda Knott and Renee Rocco

“We just had a great team … everyone contributed,” said Tracey Blake about how everyone needs to contribute to win. Blake teamed with My Paulsen, Laura Smith and Christina Brandt to win the scratch division in 2022 when it was played at historic Las Vegas National Golf Club.
