NEVADA STATE WOMEN’S GOLF ASSOCIATION GIRLS’ GOLF SCHOLARSHIP

Attention scholarship office, counselors and girls’ golf coaches:

Junior connection, Inc. in empowered by Nevada State Women’s Golf Association to award $1,000 or more in scholarship money each year. A student is to fill out the Southern Nevada Women’s Golf Association application first. This is a Nevada State scholarship application.

Qualifications in addition to the first form are:

• Must have participated in the previous years’ regional championship.
• Include score and finish in zone championship
• How will you apply your high school golf experience to your life in the future? (attach pages as needed)
• Include an E-mail address

All applications are due by April 15th of every year.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
